Our values are simple: Arizona Comfort Care Social Services LLC was established to lend a helping hand and quality services to less privileged people with Developmental Disabilities in our communities. It will continue to strive to offer excellent and professional community-based social services to individuals and families in Arizona. We are committed to ensuring that our members acquire knowledge and skills to be valued community members based on their choices. We provide training to increase or maintain the members' self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills to participate successfully in their community.
This Agency strives to anticipate and respond to the lifelong needs of the developmentally disabled residents of Arizona by providing excellent social services, involving them and encouraging them to participate in programs based on their own choices. Our Services
Respite Care Service
AZCCSS will provide short-term care and supervision in accordance with the ISP. This service can be provided in your home or in our home/facility. AZCCSS will provide short-term care and supervision by following the Individual Support Plan and assisting with social, emotional and physical needs.

The agency will provide a variety of support services designed to increase the consumer's independence. The goals of this service include: supporting the consumer to gain knowledge and skills, assisting in learning socialization skills, appropriate behavior, and gaining and maintaining a quality life. These support services may be carried out in the consumer's home or in the community.

Attendant Care Service
The goal of this service is to assist you in creating and maintaining a safe and clean home. AZCCSS' friendly, qualified direct care worker will provide you with support services including: Personal Care, Grocery Shopping and Errands, Meal Planning, Prep, and Cooking, Laundry and House Cleaning, Self-medication or Reminder, Community Activities, and more.
