Who We Are
Arizona Comfort Care Social Services (AZCCSS) is a Limited Liability Company based in Maricopa County that is owned and managed by a unique husband and wife team of professionals – the husband is a certified teacher, and the wife is a registered nurse. Both have specialized work experiences that range from behavioral health services to finance, recreation, education, and management. All Board members are active participants in management decisions.
AZCCSS offers home and community-based services such as Respite, Habilitation, Attendant Care, Homemaker, Transportation, Day Treatment and Training Adult (DTA), After school and child summer day treatments and training programs for developmental disability individuals, and consulting work in related markets, which are becoming more diversified, such as supportive training services like First Aid/CPR, and Direct Care Worker.
AZCCSS will also continue to search for additional resources by developing partnerships with key advocacy organizations and state officials. Some of these resources include but are not limited to DCW, Article 9, and other training opportunities that will benefit our staff and clients.
Our values are simple: Arizona Comfort Care Social Services LLC was established to lend a helping hand and quality services to less privileged people with Developmental Disabilities in our communities. It will continue to strive to offer excellent and professional community-based social services to individuals and families in Arizona. We are committed to ensuring that our members acquire knowledge and skills to be valued community members based on their choices. We provide training to increase or maintain the members' self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills to participate successfully in their community.
This Agency strives to anticipate and respond to the lifelong needs of the developmentally disabled residents of Arizona by providing excellent social services, involving them and encouraging them to participate in programs based on their own choices. AZCCSS is recognized by the community for its commitment to enhancing the social services of its community, offering superior services to its members, delivering outstanding value, embracing social innovations, providing exceptional social and educational services; and supporting knowledgeable, skilled, and caring direct-care professionals and staff.
